If you have an Icon Sire™ son or daughter that meets the criteria on the Icon Sires home page, let us be the first to congratulate you! Please fill out and submit the Option Notice form below. Submitting the form will start the Option Period (as set forth in your option agreement). All forms submitted after 4 p.m. CST (10 p.m. GMT) on a business day or submitted on a non-business day, will be deemed submitted the following business day. A business day is any weekday (Monday – Friday) that is not a United States national holiday (as listed by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management) or Good Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, and any day between (and including) Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
If ABS selects your son or daughter for purchase, ABS will pay you the value listed under the Option Price section of the Option Terms page.
Your submission of the Option Notice form or any other communication you have with ABS shall not create any obligation on ABS to purchase any Icon Sire calf until you and ABS have signed a bull purchase agreement or female purchase agreement.
