New ABS Global employees and representatives participate in weeklong orientation

DEFOREST, WIS. – July 20, 2015… Nearly thirty professional technicians, sales representatives, customer service professionals, and interns took part in ABS Global’s new employee orientation held June 16 through the 18 in Madison, Wis.  Employees from all over the United States were present for the event.  Participants learned about ABS Global’s history, sales techniques, communication standards, team building, goal setting, and time management skills.
 
“Orientation provides our employees and authorized representatives a foundation to better service ABS Global customers.  It gave participants a variety of different opportunities, including a visit to an ABS customer farm and the chance to connect with the office staff in DeForest,” Richard Williams, the North America general manager explained, “For our sales team, this was the first step into a comprehensive sales curriculum to ensure success for our staff around how to better serve their customers.”
